Here's how it all works:

  1. You decide that you are intersted in our beach home.
    1. Check availability by logging onto our web site and click on the AVAILABILITY link. Select the floor(s) of interest to see if the dates are available.
    2. View additional photos.
    3. Contact us by phone (330-825-0200), email or standard mail (see address below). Note that standard mail is so very slow, your desired dates may be taken before your mail is received by us. Be sure to call us to advise that letter is on its way.
  2. You decide to stay with us. Contact us and provide:
    1. The floor(s) you want to book.
      • Crystal Sands Too - Both Floors, sleeps 20 and covers both floors.
      • Crystal Sands - First Floor, sleeps 10.
      • Crystal Sands - Second Floor, sleeps 10.
    2. The dates you wish to arrive and depart.
    3. Your contact information:
              Name
              Phone
              Address
              EMAIL address
    4. Number of adults, childern and pets in your party.
    5. Any special considerations. For example, you might need an infant's highchair and crib.
    6. Additional questions
  3. We verify unit availability and answer your questions. We record your tentative booking dates.
  4. You pay the deposit. Click here for additional information on how to pay.
  5. We receive your deposit and update our calendars. Your stay with us is confirmed by email or standard mail if you don't have access to email. A copy of the Rental Rules is included.
  6. You complete and sign a copy of the Rental Rules and return it to us by email or standard mail.
  7. We receive your completed Rental Rules, run a standard credit check to insure that you are a responsible adult and send you an invoice for the balance of your rental payments. Directions to the beach home are also included.
  8. You pay the remaining amounts which are due 60 and 30 days prior to arrival. If your credit card information is on file and you give us permission, we can automiatically may your 60 and 30 day payments for you.
