Off-peak discounts will apply. A couple can rent a floor off-peak for as little as $900/week or $1800/month. There are no additional charges for cleaning or for your well-behaved pets. Prices do not include 11% State and County Taxes.

** During off-peak months, you may have access to one or two bedrooms locking the rest and deduct $900 from the monthly rate. A couple with children or friends could rent the first floor for a month for as little as $1800. Off-peak rate does not include pool or golf cart.


Pool/Jacuzzi Use Charges
During the months of May, June, July and August, the pool and golf cart rentals are included in the weekly rental rate. All other months, the pool is $300/week if renting both floors and $150/week if renting one floor. If both floors are rented for a given week by different parties, they will share the pool use. Otherwise, you will have exclusive use of the pool.
There is no tax on the pool rental fee.
Pool rates do not include propane charges if supplemental heating of the pool is requested. Pool use is limited to 12 hours/day unless special arrangements are made. Jacuzzi will be on and heated to 100 degrees for a maximum of 2 hours/day.

Golf Cart Use Charges
During the months of May, June, July and August, the golf cart rental is included in the weekly rental rate. All other months, the golf cart is $300/week. If both floors are rented for a given week by different parties and both want to rent a cart, a seperate golf cart will be provided for each family. Should a large party renting both floors desire to rent both carts, the cost per week is $500.
The tax rate on the golf cart rental fee is 11%
