Sample Rental Invoice for First Floor

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Guest,

Thank you for choosing Crystal Sands for your Florida vacation. We hope that you have a pleasant stay. Our home is located at xxx, Port St. Joe, Florida 32456. You have rented the first floor for your stay. A total of 10 people, including children, may occupy this home unless you notify us below.

Rental Confirmation:

Check-in date: June 19, 2006
Check-in time. Please call us the day before you plan to arrive for rental status or check our availability calendar:

If neither of the floors has been rented the prior night, both floors will be available by 10:00 EST.
If only one of the floors is rented the prior night, the previously unrented floor will be available for checkin at 10:00 EST. The previously rented floor will be available by 1:00 PM EST.
If both of the floors have been rented the prior night, the second floor will be available by 1:00 PM EST. The first floor will be available by 4:00 PM EST.

Check-out date: June 26, 2006
Check-out time. Please call us the day before you plan to leave for rental status or check our availability calendar.

If the unit you are renting is booked for the evening of your leave, you must check out by 10:00 AM EST.
If the unit you are renting is not booked for the evening of your leave, you may check out at 12:00 AM EST.

Please supply the number of people in party: ___adults, ___ children.
Should the number of people exceed ten, a one-time charge of $10 plus 11% Tax will be added to your bill. Extra towels will be provided.

Pets:

Well-behaved pets are always welcome. Please list the number of pets with a brief description. We will provide crate(s) for your pet(s) should you need to leave them in the rental while you are out.

Charges and due dates:

$1,665 = $1,500 + $165.00 (11% Florida Tax)
$150.00 deposit due now.
$757.50 must be in our office by April 20, 2008 which is 60 days prior to June 19.
$757.50 must be in our office by May 20,2008 with is 30 days prior to June 19.
If you do not provide us with a valid a credit card number upon booking, we will need to receive a $500 security deposit in our office no later than June 9.

How to pay:

By phone: Call 330-825-0200 and provide your credit card information.
Pay online: Go to http://BlueWatersWhiteSands.com.
Click on the "Make A Credit Card Payment" link located on our home page and follow the directions..
Personal/Certified check or money order: Payment must be in our office at least fourteen (14) days prior to check-in date.

Keys:

Upon receipt of final payment, key instructions will be provided.
