Thank you for choosing Crystal Sands for your Florida vacation. We hope that you have a pleasant stay. Our home is located at 290 Canoe Lane, Port St. Joe, Florida 32456. You have rented both floors and your deposit has been received. A total of 20 people, including children, may occupy this home unless you notify us below.

Directions to Our Beach House:

When you know the time you will be arriving, please give my son, Scotty, and his wife, Cathy, a call. They will meet you at the house, show you around, and answer any questions you might have. They can be reached at 850-227-6963, 850-227-6952 or 850-229-1605.

From Port Saint Joe, take US-98 East. About one mile outside of the city, bear to the right at the 30-C fork in the road. 30-C intersects 98 in a “Y” fashion. Once on 30-C, go 8.9 miles to Barefoot Trail. Turn right onto Barefoot Trail and go to its end, about 300’. Turn left onto Canoe Lane. Go to the end. You will see 290 Canoe Lane, your destination, on the right. You have arrived.

Barefoot Trail is marked with a little yellow street sign and a green street sign. There is also a green and tan poster for “The Cottages of Indian Summer” at the entrance. Barefoot Trail is just past the second entrance to Treasure Drive (a horseshoe road that has two entrances on 30-C on your right). If you reach the Raw Bar (on the left), you have gone too far, turn around. Barefoot will be the first little street on your left just across the bridge.

From Apalachicola, you will make a left, following US-98, right in the center of town. From that point, it is approximately 6 or 7 miles to the C-30 turn off. You will turn to the left to get on to C-30. C-30 intersects US-98 in a "Y" fashion. Once on C-30, you will go 10.2 miles to Barefoot Trail. Turn left onto Barefoot Trail and go to its end, about 300'. Turn left onto Canoe Lane. Go to the end. You will see 290 Canoe Lane on the right. You have arrived.

Detailed Directions from Apalachicola: Barefoot Trail is marked with a green street sign and a little yellow sign. You can also see a green and tan poster marked "The Cottages of Indian Summer" at the entrance. Barefoot Trail is just passed a small restaurant called the Raw Bar (on the right). After you cross the bridge, Barefoot Trail is on the left. If you reach Treasure Dr., a street on your left, you have gone too far. Back up about 150' to Barefoot Trail.

Rental Confirmation:

• If neither of the floors has been rented the prior night, both floors will be available by 10:00 EST.
• If only one of the floors is rented the prior night, the previously unrented floor will be available for checkin at 10:00 EST. The previously rented floor will be available by 1:00 PM EST.
• If both of the floors have been rented the prior night, the second floor will be available by 1:00 PM EST. The first floor will be available by 4:00 PM EST.

• If the unit you are renting is booked for the evening of your leave, you must check out by 10:00 AM EST.
• If the unit you are renting is not booked for the evening of your leave, you may check out at 12:00 AM EST.

If you need additioanl beds or special funiture for small children, please call. We will do our best to provide it.

• Call us with your credit card information which we will keep on file until your stay is over.
• Pay the $500 security deposit in lieu of supplying your credit card information. See Rental Rules for details on how the security deposit is paid and refunded.
